 Yet another innovative and unique training program “Turning School Library into Resource Centre”, a CBSE recommended topic. This time also we have touched the unaddressed and abandoned area of school education. This is a 1-day Non-Residential Upskilling National Level Interactive Training Workshop for school Library staff making them as competent as is required by CBSE, other boards and Govt. of India.

This program has been designed after surveying 100 libraries from rural to urban, from day to residential schools as a sample to get actual picture of the Indian school libraries on space management, number of books, type of books, library procedures, accounting, facilities etc. to match them with the requirements of various boards and quality bench-marking agencies nation and worldwide.

We are the only Training Organisation to have initiated to organise such a training programme for the school library staff including all the policies & procedures thereof. This is highly recommended to learn about Quality Norms for school library at the beginning of a new session as it is easy to implement new procedures in a fresh session.

Library is the soul of an education institution and librarian is the ambassador of library so both should be updated with the change in time. All the members of school library staff along with the administration of the school including principal must attend this program:
