Mid-level leadership is instrumental in smooth and proper functioning of the school. They are the core executors of policies and procedures developed by the principal and the school management. Principal should spend his/her time in visioning and planning whereas the implementation should be left to the link staff of the school including Coordinators, Department and Section Heads who come under the category of Supervisory Staff. We @ ALERT have developed a Workshop to Upskill the Supervisory Staff of the School so that the productivity of the Teaching Staff can improve and hence that of the school. The Program covers all the aspects of the Job of Coordinators. It equips the participants with performance management tools & techniques. Schools must send all of them to this program.
