The role of a school principal has drastically changed over a few years and in a few past months, education itself has taken a new shape. From 2021 only the highly competent with the latest leadership and occupational competencies will get jobs, survive and grow in the education industry. Sensing the need of situation borne new contemporary skill requirements in a school leader, we researched and identified 9 – Competencies which are very crucial in a School Principal and on the basis of our research, we have developed a leadership course for aspiring principals GATEWAY TO PRINCIPALSHIP, a 50 hour readiness program with 100% placement assistance.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY
The training will be transacted in a blended way both virtual & in-person using a variety of methodologies that will help the participants develop full understanding of the role they will be occupying. The whole course has been divided into 9 modules and 18 sessions of 2 hours each of virtual learning (36 hours) & 2 days (14 hours) of in person workshop. This will include the following:

- Practical Guidance by Guest Faculty every Week
- Coaching by Regular Faculty
COURSE MATERIAL
The course has been divided into 9 different modules and 50 topics. Course material will consist of main course material in form of modules, presentations, assignments, case studies, formats & templates etc., will be shared after each session.
SESSIONS RECORDING: All the virtual sessions will be recorded and link to recordings will be shared long-along with permission to download to all the participants/trainees. If anyone misses any of the sessions due to any reason, these recordings could be accessed by them anytime & anywhere.
PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE
Each participant will be honed to be a competent principal with required skills and then assisted with placement opportunities. ALERT KNOWLEDGE SERVICES with a huge client base of nearly 8000 schools will successfully place the aspirants.
Placement campaigns will start after 75 percent of course completion.
