2.1. Workshop and Seminar Fees: The refund policy for workshop and seminar fees is as follows:

• • Requests for refunds must be made in writing to contact@alertindia.co.in at least 30 days before the scheduled event.
  • A full refund will be issued if the request is made before the 30 days deadline.
  • No refunds will be issued after the 15 days deadline.

2.2. Consulting Services: Refunds for consulting services will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at contact@alertindia.co.in to discuss refund options.

2.3. Digital Products: We do not offer refunds for digital products, including but not limited to e-books, online courses, and downloadable resources.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Workshop and Seminar Cancellations: The Company may change date, change venue or cancel a workshop or seminar due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registrants will be notified, and a full refund will be provided.

3.2. Consulting Service Cancellations: If you need to cancel a consulting service appointment, please do so at least 15 days in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
